Job summary

A+ Tutoring Inc. is seeking a part-time Elementary School Tutor to deliver engaging English Language Arts and Mathematics instruction for students in grades K-6.

You will conduct one-on-one or small group sessions, shaping personalized lesson plans to meet each student’s needs and curriculum requirements. You will track progress, adjust strategies as needed, and collaborate with parents and staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience in elementary education, especially English Language Arts and Mathematics.
• Teaching credential or relevant educational degree preferred.
• Ability to create engaging lessons and monitor progress.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tutoring sessions one-on-one or in small groups for grades K-6.
• Develop personalized lesson plans aligned to curriculum requirements.
• Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement to tailor instruction.
