Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate art lessons for grades K-6.
• Introduce students to diverse artistic techniques, materials, cultures, and styles.
• Create lesson plans aligned with school curriculum goals and Ohio standards.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and individual expression.
• Maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
• Display student artwork and assist with art showcases or events.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student achievement.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support school needs.
