Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons aligned with individual IEP goals (SDI).
• Teach subjects to students receiving special education and related services.
• Monitor and track student progress.
• Provide direct and consultative services to students with IEPs in the school environment.
• Collaborate with related service providers and general education staff on accommodations and modifications.
• Write and maintain all IEPs, Prior Written Notices, and evaluation paperwork per state/federal guidelines.
• Lead committee meetings and communicate with parents, staff, and administrators about planning and progress.
• Facilitate transitions for new enrollees eligible for special education and related services.
