The district contributes $300.00 per month ($3,600.00 annually) toward employee health insurance coverage for eligible employees who choose to participate in TRS-ActiveCare. In addition to the local contribution, the state pays a health insurance benefit of $75.00 per month ($900.00 annually) toward coverage to each employee who participates in TRS-ActiveCare · The district provides 4 local paid leave days per year in addition to 5 state paid leave days. · The district provides life insurance coverage with a $20,000 death benefit for all employees.
