Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver targeted math interventions from Pre-K to Grade 5 using identified interventions that address learning gaps.
• Assess students to diagnose mathematics strengths and gaps.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to support students’ math development and foster collaboration.
• Maintain records of interventions and track student progress/results.
• Support school-wide assessments and analyze data to identify intervention needs.
• Work with school personnel on IEP interventions when appropriate.
• Attend team/parent meetings and training as assigned.
