Qualifications

• Familiarity with WIDA ACCESS framework and exit standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Willingness to work with students who may qualify for special education services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ELL instruction to small groups, four days per week.
• Use Wednesdays for program management, lesson planning, and coaching classroom teachers.
• Assess student growth using WIDA ACCESS data to inform instruction.
• Adapt teaching strategies to address the learning needs of a wide spectrum of English proficiency.
• Foster an inclusive environment that respects diversity.
