Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education required.
• Valid state of Alabama teaching certificate in the appropriate field of study.
• Teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and relevant learning experiences aligned with learning goals.
• Encourage students to take responsibility for their own learning.
• Engage students in student-led parent conferences.
• Emphasize learning over grading.
