Qualifications

• Valid Alabama Elementary General Education Teacher Certification (K–6).
• Experience leading general education elementary classrooms.
• Strong rapport-building skills with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with integrating technology into lessons.
• Adaptable to varying student needs and classroom dynamics.
• Ability to maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
