Qualifications

• Graduation from high school and three years of experience in computing and IT resources.
• Minimum of 24 semester credits in any discipline.
• Specific knowledge of software or systems may be required.
• Must obtain and maintain a CDL Bus license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures teachers know how to use available software and hardware and ensures equipment is working properly.
• Performs disk back-ups, as required.
• Trains users for full utilization of hardware and software.
• Provides timely resolution of computer problems by providing answers or referral.
• Installs new software, and develops applications for users.
• Evaluates hardware and software and makes purchase recommendations.
• Obtains and maintains CDL bus license and drives a bus when called upon.
