Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
• BCBA Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies and interventions for students with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA assessment protocols for evaluation and data collection.
• Ability to align services with individual education programs (IEPs).
• Strong organizational skills and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in professional development presentations.

Responsibilities

• Model positive behavioral intervention strategies for teachers.
• Assist teachers in analyzing behavior and developing intervention strategies.
• Support implementation of behavioral strategies and FBAs/BIPs.
• Provide professional development as requested.
• Conduct observations to inform interventions and data-driven decisions.
• Maintain documentation and reports.
