Job summary

Alpha reimagines the school day by combining adaptive learning with strong mentorship. You will own outcomes for a cohort of K-3 students, using data, observations, and coaching to ensure every child loves school, learns faster, and develops essential life skills.

You will coach Guides and students in classrooms, deliver engaging workshops, and build scalable playbooks that raise team performance. This is a hands-on role focused on developing people and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, Child Development, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with elementary-aged children (5–9).
• Experience leading teams of five or more people with performance management.
• Proven ability to use data and measurable outcomes to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides and students using performance data, observations, and direct feedback to drive improvements.
• Deliver workshops for K-3 students focusing on communication, resilience, collaboration and life skills.
• Lead coaching sessions to connect motivation with academic growth and independence.
• Build and refine repeatable coaching playbooks to raise performance.
• Train and mentor Guides while modeling exceptional coaching daily.
