Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience working with children aged 4–9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, or similar environments.
• Proven ability to lead group activities and keep participants engaged.
• Track record of motivating young children to achieve challenging goals with tangible impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging life-skills workshops for K-3 students.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery and guide students to real understanding.
• Adapt coaching style to developmental needs and use energetic storytelling to engage learners.
