Alpha is seeking a Learning Coach to lead K-3 workshops and coach students, using adaptive software and analytics to drive progress. You will run life-skills sessions, mentor students individually and in small groups, and help them reach ambitious weekly goals through engaging coaching and strong relationships.

The role emphasizes measurable outcomes, on-site work at Alpha campuses, and a focus on coaching over traditional classroom instruction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years’ experience with children ages 4–9.
• Experience leading group activities with engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to motivate children to achieve challenging goals.
• Ability to adapt approach based on feedback.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning while coaching.
• Balance warmth with high expectations and engaging storytelling.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead life-skills workshops and coach students across cohorts.
• Coach one-on-one and small groups using Coachbot analytics and motivation systems.
• Assess life-skill mastery through Alpha's framework.
• Adapt coaching style to developmental needs.
• Build relationships to help students stretch beyond goals.
