Job summary

Alpha is hiring a 2nd Grade Teacher to lead K-3 cohorts and run energetic life-skills workshops on-site across our campuses. You will coach students one-on-one and in small groups, using Coachbot analytics to support ambitious weekly learning goals and durable skill development.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years working with children aged 4-9, plus a proven ability to motivate and engage learners. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject required.
• At least 3 years of experience with children aged 4-9 in teaching, coaching, tutoring or similar.
• Experience leading group activities and engaging young learners with structured routines.
• Proven track record of motivating children to achieve challenging goals.
• Comfort using AI-powered learning while focusing on coaching and life-skills development.

Responsibilities

• Lead life-skills workshops for K-3 students, focusing on communication, focus, and feedback.
• Coach students one-on-one and in small groups using analytics to reach weekly goals.
• Assess mastery with Alpha's framework and adapt coaching to developmental needs.
• Balance warmth with high expectations and foster strong student relationships.
• Build engaging relationships to help students reach their full potential.
