Job summary

Alpha is hiring a full-time, on-site 2nd Grade Teacher to join a nationwide team operating from campus locations including Pasadena, CA. You will lead K-3 life-skills workshops, coach students daily, and use Coachbot analytics to drive ambitious weekly goals.

You'll spend mornings delivering energetic workshops and afternoons coaching individuals and small groups, helping children believe they can achieve more while maintaining high expectations and warmth. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years of direct work with children ages 4-9.
• Experience leading group activities for young children.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve goals.
• Willing to work on-site and in US locations; legal work authorization.

Responsibilities
