Job summary

Alpha seeks a Learning Coach to work on-site at Miami, FL or New York City, NY campuses. You will coach Guides and students using data, lead workshops, and develop coaching playbooks to elevate outcomes. This is a full-time role with relocation support and six-figure potential.

You will mentor Guides, design life-skill workshops for K-3, and ensure measurable improvements in student independence and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Child Development, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with elementary-aged children.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people, including hiring decisions and performance management.
• Experience launching or significantly growing a program, team, school, or initiative.
• Proven ability to leverage data to improve outcomes.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work in person at a campus in Miami, FL or NYC.
• Coaching-first mindset and ability to work without excessive meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use performance data, classroom observations, and direct feedback to coach Guides and students toward measurable improvement.
• Design and deliver engaging workshops for K-3 students on life skills including communication, focus, resilience, accountability, and collaboration.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and small‑group coaching sessions that link student motivation with academic independence and growth.
• Develop and iterate on repeatable coaching playbooks that elevate Guide team performance.
• Mentor and train Guides while demonstrating exceptional coaching and facilitation practices daily.
