Job summary

Alpha seeks an Elementary Program Lead to manage a K-3 cohort from classrooms, focusing on coaching Guides and students toward independent learning. You’ll use performance data, observations, and targeted feedback to drive measurable progress, with no traditional instruction time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, Organizational Leadership or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years working directly with elementary-aged children.
Proven experience leading teams and hiring/performance decisions.
Experience building or scaling a program or initiative beyond sustaining operations.
Ability to use data to drive improvements in team or student performance.

Responsibilities

Coach Guides and students toward measurable progress using observations and feedback.
Design and deliver workshops for K-3 students on life skills such as communication and resilience.
Conduct one-on-one and small-group sessions tied to motivation and academic independence.
Develop and iterate replicable coaching frameworks to improve Guide team performance.
Mentor and train Guides while modeling excellence in coaching daily.
