Job summary

Clarifi Staffing Solutions seeks an experienced SPED teacher for leave coverage in a K–2 multi-needs classroom in Illinois. The role is full-time (35 hours/week), with paraprofessional support, starting August 11, 2026 and ending September 23, 2026, with possible extension based on district needs.

The selected candidate will manage a small caseload of about four students, provide individualized instruction, implement IEP goals, monitor progress, and collaborate with general education staff,

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt lessons to diverse learning abilities.
• Experience supporting K–2 students with multiple needs preferred.
• Special Education teaching certification appropriate for the assigned grade levels.
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction aligned to IEP goals.
• Monitor and document student progress and outcomes.
• Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs within a self-contained classroom.
• Collaborate with general education staff, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families.
