Order Notes:

• School Needed: Niles, IL 60714
• Position: Special Education Teacher (2 Positions)
• Qualifications/License: Professional Educator License endorsed as Learning Behavior Specialist 1
• Resource teacher position: primarily grade 2, approximately 8-10 students on caseload, students with academic needs, behavioral needs, developmental delays currently on caseload
• Self-contained teacher position: primarily grades K-2, approximately 8-10 students on caseload, students with autism, developmental delays, communication needs, behavioral needs, functional needs, academic needs, and independent living needs including toileting
• These positions include both special education teacher and case management responsibilities, teaching, grading, updating progress updates at the quarter, coordinating IEP meetings, not an exhaustive list

Schedule:

• School starts: August 29, 2024
• Start and End Time: 7:50-3:10
• Duty Free Lunch: 30 minutes
• Prep Time: 70 minutes daily
• Length of Contract: Through December with the potential to be extended until the end of the school year
