• Plan and use instructional strategies and resources to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Modify and accommodate curricula for special education students per IEPs.
• Collaborate with staff to set instructional goals and support student learning.
• Supervise instructional aides and volunteers and oversee their work.
