• Participates in parent/teacher conferences and communicates student progress to families.
• Collaborates with professional staff to address student needs and share effective teaching practices.
• Develops student assessments and reports grades to parents at the district's assigned times.
• Maintains current knowledge of subject matter and how it fits within curriculum goals.
• Pursues professional development to enhance teaching skills and content knowledge.
• Maintains accurate records to provide reliable information on student performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the district.
