• Meets Oklahoma SDOE and federal standards for a qualified teacher.

Responsibilities

• Teaches district approved curriculum using varied instructional techniques.
• Establishes clear objectives and communicates them to students.
• Collaborates in planning, data analysis and instruction with peers.
• Ensures mastery through projects, assignments and assessments.
• Maintains accurate records as required by law and policy.
• Creates a conducive learning environment and manages pupil behavior.
• Communicates with parents regularly inside and outside the contract day.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the superintendent and principal.
