Job summary

University of California, Irvine is seeking an Academic Program Coordinator to lead coordination of outreach programs for K-14 students, working with the Office of Outreach, Access and Inclusion. You will plan events, manage logistics, and support data collection for program evaluation on campus.

You will collaborate with schools, families, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment with UC Irvine’s inclusive excellence goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area required.
• 3-5 years coordinating academic programs.
• Experience with K-14 outreach and higher education environments.
• Ability to interpret admissions policies for youth, parents and school representatives.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics, marketing and outreach activities.
• Develop and host events for K-14 students throughout the year.
• Manage travel, venue, AV setup, catering and event logistics.
• Track budgets and compile data for program evaluation.
