Study Smart in La Plata, MD is seeking enthusiastic instructors, tutors, family facilitators, and educational consultants to support first-generation students. The role involves tutoring groups, adapting to new materials, and collaborating with staff to deliver comprehensive learning strategies.

We offer a competitive rate and benefits, including a 401(k) and counseling services. Availability is Monday through Friday during/after school hours. Background checks are required.

Competenze

• Must hold a completed 4-year degree.
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired.

We work with schools, non-profits, and colleges to prepare first-gen students for college and careers. Our work includes exam preparation, professional development for school staff, family workshops, and consulting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
• Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desire
• Schedules vary across sites. Seeking availability Mondays through Fridays from during/afterschool hours.
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
