• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with academic, behavioral, developmental, or special education needs.

• Support behavior management strategies and implement intervention plans in a structured school environment.
• Encourage student engagement, focus, communication, and positive peer interaction.
• Document student progress and communicate updates to teachers and school staff.
