Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a K-12 STEM Education Program Specialist to support Ignite My Future, a flagship CSR education initiative across the United States and Canada. This role focuses on managing education partnerships, program operations, and community-based delivery to ensure high-quality, equitable STEM programming reaches educators and students.

The Program Lead will collaborate with school districts, nonprofits, local governments, and internal partners to expand reach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of cross-functional project management.
• Experience in K-12 education, nonprofit, or corporate social impact programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-sector partnerships and stakeholders.
• Strong program operations, project management, and execution skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Superior communication and relationship management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage national and regional partnerships with districts, nonprofits, and governments.
• Serve as the primary contact between external partners and internal teams.
• Own operational planning and daily execution for program initiatives.
• Lead logistics for virtual and in-person programming.
• Mitigate operational risks across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with communications, marketing, and other teams.
• Deliver select workshops and convenings for educators and students.
• Track data, report on outcomes, and support impact evaluation.
