Job summary

Supplemental Health Care has partnered with a school district in Surprise, AZ to staff a full time, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC). We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver teletherapy services to K–12 students, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA or CF eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments to identify communication disorders and determine eligibility for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals aligned with IEPs.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students individually and in groups.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop appropriate programming.
• Maintain accurate documentation including evaluation reports, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data.
• Consult with teachers and families on communication needs and strategies.
• Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and assistive technology.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and district regulations related to speech-language services.
