Job description

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated, licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our collaborative team and provide critical therapy services across K–12 school communities in Fairfield, CA for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Position Overview

• Provide on-site speech and language therapy services to a K–12 caseload of approximately 50–55 students.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations, interpret diagnostic results, and develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student success.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams to support communication goals and monitor student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely student records while demonstrating flexibility with school site assignments based on district and student needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist License (CA-SLP)
• Prior school-based experience or the ability to independently manage a standard school caseload, with flexibility to support various grade levels
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
