ProCare Therapy in Danville, VA seeks a focused Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in the district, with itinerant assignments across multiple school sites.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology License in Virginia (SLP).
• Open to CCC or CFY status.
• Prior experience in school settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations across a range of grade levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress in academics and communication.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation consistent with school and regulatory standards.
• Potentially travel between multiple school sites within the district, as assigned by caseload.
• Attend team meetings and participate in professional development.
