Job summary

Reynoldsburg City School District SLATE RIDGE ELM in Reynoldsburg, OH is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist to identify, assess, and provide targeted intervention for students with communication disorders. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Ohio Pupil Services License (SLP) issued by the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.
• Valid Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board License.
• Background check (BCI/FBI) completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to individuals or groups.
• Assess and diagnose to determine eligibility for special education services.
• Draft measurable IEP goals and determine service minutes.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and families; manage Medicaid billing.
• Collect data and analyze student progress to adjust interventions.
• Communicate findings to parents and staff.
• Stay current with Ohio laws and best practices.
