Job summary

Novo Staffing is seeking multiple Speech Language Pathologists to support students for the 2026-2027 school year in the Chattanooga, TN area. These full-time roles involve providing direct services and collaboration with IEP teams.

Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and TN SLP certification/endorsement, plus at least one year of school-based experience. Compensation starts at $50/hr with benefits and weekly pay, with a 8:00am–3:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with school staff and IEP teams.
• Strong communication with parents and colleagues.
• Ability to work with students across all grade levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct language development and articulation services.
• Screen and diagnose students referred for evaluation.
• Interpret screening/assessment results to IEP/evaluation teams.
• Develop and maintain IEPs for students with SL goals.
• Report progress to parents as required.
• Collaborate with general and special education staff.
• Communicate with parents and colleagues effectively.
• Work with elementary through high school students.
