Job summary

FullBloom's SESI division seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver articulation, language and fluency therapy in K-12 settings. You will assess student needs, provide high-quality therapy, and partner with school staff and families to enable services.

Responsibilities include designing intervention programs, collaborating on individual plans, conducting screenings, documenting progress, and ensuring compliance with policies. IL licensure and ASHA CCC are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program is required.
• Valid SLP license/credentials in Illinois are required.
• CCC (ASHA) is preferred.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements intervention programs to remediate deficit speech/language skills.
• Collaborates with school personnel and families on intervention plans and student goals.
• Administers appropriate screening and diagnostic tests when requested.
• Interprets results and generates feedback reports for staff and families.
• Maintains accurate documentation and adheres to district policies.
• Light lifting and mobility-related tasks may be required.
