Job summary

You will provide direct intervention, assessments, IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, administrators and families. A strong communication and team approach helps support student success across diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Active Minnesota SLP Licensure or eligible to obtain licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Previous school-based or pediatric clinical experience preferred, but collaboration skills are valued.
• Strong collaboration with families, teachers and special education staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct Intervention: provide individual and small-group therapy for students with communication needs.
• Assessments & IEPs: conduct evaluations, write compliant IEP goals, and track progress.
• Team Collaboration: work with teachers, administrators and parents to support student success.
• Case Management: maintain accurate documentation per state regulations and district procedures.
