Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support K–12 students in the Verona, Virginia area. This full-time role offers a collaborative school-team environment focused on helping students develop communication skills for academic success.

Required qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and VA licensure or eligibility; CCC-SLP is preferred, CFY candidates are encouraged, and SLPA candidates may qualify with VA

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required for SLP.
• Active Virginia SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• For SLPA: VA requirements met with related degree.
• Current Virginia SLPA license or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans and IEP goals under supervision of an SLP.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators and support staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports and compliance records.
• Support students in developing communication for academics and social skills.
