Job summary

Unlimited Instruction seeks a Pathway Specialist to support Specialty Services programming, building and implementing sustainable staffing pathways for K-12 roles in education, with a focus on special education and credentialing pathway models. Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of supervisory, project management, and/or client management experience.
• Demonstrate ONE of the following: at least 3 years of experience working in a K-12 special education setting OR any similar combination of education and experience.
• Experience teaching in specialized learning environments with intensive special education services or programs that support students with comprehensive needs, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operationally manage Specialty Services programs for your region, including performance data and outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure programs are implemented with fidelity.
• Manage client and district/school relationships and coordinate with UI Recruitment for instructor placements.
• Lead orientation sessions, training, and coaching activities for Specialty Services staff.
• Proctor qualifying exams and ensure compliance with education policy and credentialing milestones.
• Maintain program budgets, projections, and compliance requirements.
• Communicate progress and challenges to supervision and leadership.
