Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support K–12 students in Chandler, AZ under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. The role includes direct treatment, screenings, and data collection to monitor progress, with collaboration across school staff.

Requires AZ SLPA licensure, degree in related field, and completion of a certified SLPA program. 41 weeks, 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in SLP or related field.
• Completion of an SLPA training program and licensure in AZ.
• Active AZ SLPA license and IVP clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language services to K–12 students under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Assist with direct treatment, screenings, and individualized activities.
• Collect student performance data and document progress.
