Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a school setting near Saint Paul, Minnesota. The schedule runs from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, with potential extensions for IEP meetings, serving a caseload of about 40 students to help them achieve communication goals.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in SLP, active Minnesota licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP is preferred though new grads are considered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP state licensure or eligibility for Minnesota.
• CCC-SLP preferred; new graduates considered.
• Experience or enthusiasm for working with K-12 students in a school-based setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to a diverse K-12 student population.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing speech, language, and communication goals.
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, monitor student progress, and document outcomes in compliance with IEP requirements.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies for student growth.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all interventions align with district and state guidelines.
