Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for school-based therapy in a public school setting in Alaska. CF supervision is provided and aligned with ASHA guidelines.

The role entails evaluating and treating students, developing IEP-aligned therapy plans, and supporting AAC use in a collaborative school team. All eligible applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility in progress).
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred but not required for CF candidates.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by the state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with articulation, language, fluency, or voice disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to school and state policies.
• Apply current best practices in speech-language pathology for pediatric populations.
