Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Michigan SLP license (current or eligible) before the new school year.
• Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations is preferred.
• Open to CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) applicants.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teams.
• School-based experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEPs for K-12 students.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services per IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student achievement.
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and assessment results.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development.
