Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Psychologist for a K-12 school setting in Cleveland, TN. In this role, you'll conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support IEP development, and collaborate with school teams to advance student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology (or equivalent).
• Valid Tennessee TDOE Certification (required by start date).
• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.
• NASP membership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff
• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs
• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports
• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations
