Job summary

Oxford Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a certified Occupational Therapist to deliver K-12 school-based services.

The therapist will work one-on-one with students and collaborate with staff to create customized programs that meet each student’s goals and needs, using a holistic approach and adaptable environments. NJ licensure and school certification are required; two years of pediatric experience and strong clinical and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NJ OT license required.

• IEP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• K-12 caseload management.
• Address client progress and participation in occupations affecting health and well-being.
• Determine and implement treatment methodology and interventions.
• Provide therapeutic services to clients with autism spectrum disorder and sensory needs.
• Plan, engage, and implement IEPs.
• Educate clients and families on best practices to achieve small goals.
• Provide care and instruction to family members and caregivers.
• Oversee data collection and progress reporting.
