Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Minnesota is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) for a full-time, school-based contract covering the 2025-2026 year. You will support two school sites with a caseload of about 40 students, focusing on maximizing students' academic and daily living skills.

The role requires valid OTR/L credentials, K-12 experience preferred, strong communication and collaboration, and the ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Valid OTR/L credentials required for the role.
• Experience in school-based OT is preferred.
• Experience working with K-12 populations is advantageous.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students' functional abilities and determine OT intervention needs.
• Develop, implement, and update IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Deliver targeted OT services to individuals and small groups.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
