Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a local contract School Occupational Therapist in Lancaster, SC to support K–12 students under IEPs. The role involves evaluations, treatment planning, and direct/consultative therapy across several schools.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and SC licensure; school-based experience is preferred. Competitive pay, weekly pay, and benefits are offered with a standard M–F schedule.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid South Carolina Occupational Therapist License.
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to a K–12 caseload per IEPs.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy across multiple school locations.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records; participate in IEP meetings.
