Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Valid South Carolina OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct/consultative OT.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation, progress notes and service records; participate in IEP meetings.
