The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a contracted, school-based placement in Alstead, NH for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time Building Nurse role supporting a local K-12 district with nursing services.

Qualifications
- RN license active in New Hampshire
- Graduate of ADN or BSN program
- Current BLS CPR/AED
- Knowledge of nurse delegation and state scope-of-practice
- Medication administration
- Strong assessment and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment
- Experience with pediatric population
Responsabilités
- Provide first aid and manage illnesses
- Monitor students with chronic conditions and administer meds per orders
- Verify medical orders and document administration
- Lead responder to medical emergencies on campus
- Train staff on emergency protocols and equipment use
- Develop and update IHPs/IEPs/504 Plans and participate in meetings
- Collaborate with parents and school staff on medical needs
- Conduct health screenings and supervise nursing tasks per regulations
