Chartwells K12 in Brockton, MA is seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations for a premier K12 district. You will report to the Director and drive safe, sanitary practices while delivering menus kids love and sustainable dining programs.

Responsibilities include staff training, inventory management, and adherence to health regulations. A strong background in high-volume foodservice and ServSafe certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, preferably in high-volume settings.
• Hands-on chef leadership with knowledge of food trends, sanitation, cost control, and presentation.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and email systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop regular and specialty menus aligned with K12 standards and portioning guidelines.
• Train kitchen staff in food prep, equipment use, and safety protocols.
