Job summary

Community Services Group seeks a School Based Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to K-12 students and families in Lancaster County schools during the school day.

The full-time, 10-month position offers therapy, skills training, and group work, with a starting salary of $41,667 for LSW/LAPC and $45,834 for LCSW/LPC, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus after a 3-month evaluation period.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field, and licensed as LSW, LCSW, LAPC, or LPC.
• School-based mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to provide individual, family, and group counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students and families.
• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling.
• Collaborate with school personnel and mental health professionals.
• Actively participate in clinical team and staff meetings.
• Provide on-call services as scheduled by the Program Director.
