Job summary

Actalent, Minneapolis, is seeking a Project Architect/Designer to lead K–12 educational facility projects from concept through construction, delivering flexible and sustainable environments. You will produce Revit-based documentation and guide designs, coordinating with teams and clients to ensure quality and alignment with the design intent.

The role requires strong Revit proficiency, 5–15 years in architecture (10+ preferred), and an active PA license.

Qualifications

• Professional architecture experience focused on K–12 or higher education facilities.
• 5–15 years of architectural experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Architect license in Pennsylvania; P–12 project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design efforts for K–12 school projects from concept through construction documents.
• Develop high-quality architectural drawings and documentation in Revit for educational facilities.
• Guide design decisions to create functional, flexible, sustainable environments.
• Manage projects from start to finish including planning, design, documentation and coordination.
• Oversee construction quality to ensure design intent and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate requirements.
• Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare and refine schematic design and design development packages.
