Education Strategy Group (ESG) is seeking an Associate to support K-12 projects, strengthening middle and high school systems for college, career training, and workforce pathways. You will conduct rigorous research, write clear analyses, and direct AI-assisted work while validating outputs with primary sources.

The role requires collaboration with school districts, state agencies, and national education organizations, with travel about 10%.

Formación

• Strong research, writing, and analysis skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet-based analysis and data visualization for non-technical audiences.
• Comfort using AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis with verification responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and policy analysis on student readiness and related topics.
• Support design of research instruments like surveys and interviews.
• Assist with multi-agency project delivery across K-12, higher ed, workforce and economic development.
• Use AI tools to accelerate work while verifying outputs against primary sources.
• Contribute to ESG publications and client-facing materials.
• Help with knowledge management and capturing lessons learned.
• Support business development through proposals and concept papers.
• Assist grant/award administration and reporting.
• Provide project management and logistical support for multi-stakeholder events.
