Job summary

The New York State Education Department’s Office of Education Policy seeks an Associate in Education Research to support the NY Inspires initiative, a statewide P-20 educational transformation program. Based in Albany, the role coordinates implementation, provides project management and technical assistance to schools and agencies, and develops resources and guidance materials.

You will facilitate stakeholder engagement, monitor project outcomes, and support complex initiatives across offices

Qualifications

• Master's degree with four years of professional research experience, including at least two years in educational research.
• Strong project management and coordination across offices and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and guidance materials.
• Experience facilitating meetings, workgroups, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to track progress, identify risks, and support implementation of complex initiatives.

Responsibilities
